Generations’ Creations:
Treasured Recipes of
the Morgan-White Families
Peggy loved cooking and in 1990 dedicated herself to producing a book of recipes from descendants of her maternal great-grandparents—James Nathan Morgan and John T. White. In 1991, she published her cookbook, Generations’ Creations: Treasured Recipes of the Morgan-White Families.
Although most of her recipes are rooted in the Deep South, specifically in and around Troup County, Georgia, Peggy was a gourmet who included many international recipes submitted by herself and other family members.
We hope you enjoy reading this book—and trying the recipes—as much as she enjoyed writing it.
